Kailua is home for Kelly Lee and his family, as well as the home base for the successful real estate firm he has founded there. Pacific Core Properties Hawaii, LLC., a full service real estate company, offers professional real estate and property management services for the entire Island of Oahu, including Kailua and the Windward area. Jai Lee is an integral part of assisting the company in maintaining our high standard of services.

Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University and continues to stress the importance of continuing education today. He understands the importance of staying current on trends in both the national and local real estate industries and strives to help local owners, buyers, tenants, and investors navigate the constantly changing real estate market on the Island of Oahu. Kelly also holds the GRI and e-Pro® real estate designations, which enhance his ability to provide the best possible service for his clients.
