About Us

Kailua is home for Kelly Lee and his family, as well as the home base for the successful real estate firm he has founded there. Pacific Core Properties Hawaii, LLC., a full service real estate company, offers professional real estate and property management services for the entire Island of Oahu, including Kailua and the Windward area.

With more than thirteen years of award-winning real estate experience, Kelly is honored to have been included in Honolulu Magazine’s “Best in Real Estate” for 2013, as well as being nominated for the Aloha Aina award, also in 2013. In 2015 he was in the top 100 Realtors on the Island of Oahu (24th) for production.

Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University and continues to stress continuing education today. He understands the importance of staying current on trends in both the national and local real estate industry and strives to help local owners, buyers, tenants and investors navigate the constantly changing Island of Oahu real estate market. Kelly also holds the GRI and e-Pro® real estate designations which enhance his ability to provide the best possible service for his clients.
